Customer Success Spotlight: Natalie Rhodes

What is your title, and how long have you worked here?

I am a Customer Success Manager and I’ve been with Informed K12 for 1 year and 6 months!

How did you end up at Informed K12?

After A LOT of research looking for a mission driven company that I felt aligned with my values. I previously worked for a large, global company and knew I was ready for a new challenge. The K-12 space was one area I’ve always been really passionate about, so once I found Informed K12 I knew it was the natural fit for what I was wanting to do!

What trait makes you good at your job?

I really enjoy seeing our partner’s long-term vision and being able to put the plans in place to make that happen! I’ve seen the impact and efficiencies that we can uncover by digitizing and improving district processes, but it doesn’t happen overnight! So I really work best when I can be intentional about the process and change management needed to see this strategic initiative be a success for our partners.

What’s been the most important thing you’ve learned in your time here?

I knew how hard school districts worked to support their communities and students, but I truly couldn’t imagine the amount of dedication and tireless work that staff and leadership put towards the success of each student. In a lot of ways the COVID pandemic pushed the limits of what schools are in a community, and I’m just so honored to have been able to support that with the partners I work with.

What’s the best thing that’s happened to you in the last three days?

Today I was called “the magician behind Informed K12”. It’s the little things that make it rewarding. For the record: I am just the one that helps make the magic come to life. Our product, engineering, and support teams are the real magicians!

What is your favorite company/team thing?

I love how intentional everyone is about collaborating across teams. We always have touchpoints with the different teams outside of our day-to-day work activities. It’s definitely one of the reasons why I set out to work for a smaller company.

One thing that surprised you about working here?

I’m not sure how we seem to find the nicest, most dedicated people out there, but it amazes me that the entire company is just genuinely so smart and supportive of each other.
