1. Right to Use Paper Documents

You are not required to transact electronically, including without limitation, using electronic documents or signing documents electronically. You may request paper copies of the document by terminating this transaction and requesting paper copies from the party who sent you the electronic document. You may also print a paper copy of the document, apply a wet signature, and return a signed paper copy to the party who sent you the electronic document. In order to obtain a paper copy of a fully signed document, you may access and print the fully signed document from the Informed K12 Service or request a copy from the other party. Please be aware that the party who sent you the electronic document may charge fees for transacting in paper documents or providing you with paper copies of signed documents, and that you are responsible for paying all such fees.

2. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw your consent to transact electronically at any time by contacting the other party and informing the other party that you wish to receive future documents in paper form. Please contact the party at the email address, phone number, or physical address provided by the party. Please note that if you choose to use the E-Signature service on Informed K12 after withdrawing your consent, you will once again have consented to transact

3. Updating Contact Information electronically.

You may update your contact information for transacting electronically by notifying the other party at the email address, phone number, or physical address provided by that party.

4. Consent

By using the E-Signature function, you consent to transact business electronically using E-Files and E-Signatures in place of using paper documents and wet-ink signatures. You are not required to view or sign documents electronically. You may request paper documents or withdraw your consent at any time as provided below. Please note that any withdrawal of consent will not void any electronic transactions you have previously entered into.

5. Minimum Hardware/Software Requirements

In order to view and sign documents electronically through the Informed K12 Service, you must have an Internet-connected computing device with with a web browser that has JavaScript enabled.
