Process

The Interview Process

We're challenging conventional hiring theory. Tech hiring can be a black box, so we decided to start by reforming our own process.

We practice outbound sourcing beyond traditional tech channels and ensure our hiring teams reflect our company's diversity. For every position we fill, we require at least two candidates from underrepresented backgrounds (Black or Latinx) to reach the final interview stage. For technical roles, we include women given their serious underrepresentation in engineering.

Our process is rigorous because we take our commitment to districts seriously.
